DROP Hub
Specifications and Details
The DROP Hub is the brains of the system. Each home requires 1 Hub and each hub can control 100s of DROP devices. The Hub manages all the DROP devices through DROP Link, a low frequency mesh style radio. The Hub also provides the ability for the system to communicate to the DROP app on your phone or tablet locally or join your local WiFi to enable remote operation. Having only one connection to the local WiFi makes adding devices much simpler than connecting each product directly to the cloud.

You decide how you would like DROP to communicate with you notifications can be set up as emails, texts, or even push messages. Have a kid that tends to leave the water on? DROP can be configured to send you notifications when there is continuous water flow and if you want even to shut off the water after a period of time that you select.
Our state-of-the-art smart water monitor is the heart and brains of the DROP Connect smart water monitoring system. It integrates with all your residential water treatment devices, including water softeners, pumps, filters, flow meters, water conservation devices and more.
The DROP Hub comes with one DROP Remote for easy control of your system.

DROP Softeners and Filters require a DROP Hub to function. If you want to purchase a softener or filter alone, you will need to purchase the DROP Hub.
DROP Remote
Extend & Control Your DROP System
The DROP Remote is the perfect solution for extending the range of your DROP products while also giving you a simple button control to turn on/off your water. Like all DROP products, you can connect as many remotes and devices as you want to your DROP system.
This unique device is an excellent accessory with any other DROP product. This smart remote not only lets you turn on/off your water with a button, but it will also notify you of your system status and events. If a leak detector senses a leak, this will display on the DROP remote as well as on the DROP mobile app.
Leak Detectors

DROP Leak Detectors provide critical data to the DROP water management system to help protect your home from water damage. DROP leak detectors sense water in the area and continuously monitor the temperature. This is especially useful in climates where freezing can occur. The leak detectors can be independently configured to automatically shut off the home water supply when the temperature falls below a user designated level or just provide notification of the condition.
Each leak detector can be named to provide the user with the exact location of where a problem has occurred. The leak detectors are powered by two AA batteries which last about 5 years or longer (varies depending on quality of the battery). To provide the best level of protection we recommend placing a leak detector in all the areas of your home with a high risk of water leaks. Some examples include: behind toilets and washing machines, under sinks and dishwashers, and around water heaters.

Already have a water softener or filter? No worries! This unique product works independently from your water softener or filter because it is placed directly on the water line. Now you will be able to meter your water which tracks how much water is used, add DROP Leak Detectors to leak prone areas and have the ability to remotely shut off your water from anywhere.
Like all DROP systems, the Home Protection Valve provides the ability to shut off water to the home when a problem is detected or manually through the app. It’s built-in flow meter and pressure sensors can identify a broad range of problems such as continuous flow, leaky toilets, or even very small leaks from a faucet. When paired with DROP Leak Detectors through the DROP Hub, this system provides for every method of leak detection available. In addition to all the benefits associated with minimizing costly water damage, the system provides useful data to aid in water conservation.

DROP City Water Softener
City Water Softeners provide all of the benefits Pro Water Softeners with the added ability to remove unwanted chemicals present in most city water supplies such as chlorine and chloramine. The mineral tank of a city water softener is divided into two sections. The first section is filled with catalytic carbon that removes the chemicals and the second section is filled with high-performance ion exchange resin to soften the water.
